Welcome to Vineyard Christian Fellowship of Phoenix
We are called , “To share God’s love by the power of His kingdom in creative and relevant ways influencing our community and world, resulting in disciples who love Christ.”
Jesus’ command to lay down our lives in love and service for one another is our primary motivation for ministering in Vineyard Christian Fellowship. What more practical way can we show our love for one another, than by helping care for the children of others, taking an offering and aiding the Lord’s house to be cared for. Therefore, at VCF of Phoenix, we want every member to be serving in some way.
We desire to worship God with our Whole Being. We want Jesus Christ at the center as our Lord. We hunger for the fullness of the Holy Spirit, His glory resting upon us! (Heb. 13:15; Ps. 42:1-2, 63:1-5; John 4:24; Rom. 12:1)
We desire SPIRIT – ENABLED worship in a style that is intimate, dynamic, culture current and life changing. (1 Pet. 2:4-5; Eph. 2:19-22; I Cor. 14:26)
We are the FAMILY OF GOD, one body in Jesus Christ, joined together as brothers and sisters forever. ( John 17:20-23; Rom. 12:3-5)
We seek to develop real, intimate, and enabling Friendships together, built on love, mutual responsibility and faithfulness. (Heb. 3:12-14; Phil. 2:3-5; Eph. 4:11-16; Col. 3:12-17)
We want to hear the Word of God taught in a practical and inspiring way, in conjunction with His current PROPHETIC WORD. (Rom. 15:4; 2Tim. 3:16-17; I Cor. 14:1-4)
We train for the purpose of releasing every Christian to exercise and express the Kingdom of God on the earth today. (Eph. 4:11-12)
Jesus trained others by modeling His ministry before them, and then released them to do what he did. (Matt. 10:1-14: Matt. 28:18-20: Luke 10: 1-11)
Jesus commanded us to do the works that He did. (Matt. 10:7-8; John 14:12)
We value people over and above programs, consequently we have chosen to invest our resources in Kingdom efforts of ministry to people, and we seek opportunities to express the Power of the Holy Spirit. (Acts 1:8; Matt. 28:18)
We aim to renew, refresh, and enable existing churches by sending trained personnel out on short term ministry trips.
(Matt 10:5-15; Luke 9:1-6)
